'Chili Lime Infused Fish Cakes'

Ingredients:

  • Ingedients - A
  • "1 fillet of Bream/Snapper (skin off) - ask your for fish supplier to do this for you
  • 3 prawns
  • Ingredients - B
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger - minced
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon grass - minced
  • Ingredients - C
  • 1 big red chili finely chopped
  • 1 snake bean finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper add too taste

How to put it all together
Blend all seafood together and place in the fridge.'ingredients A'

Blend all B ingredients together and then add to the seafood

Once comleted add ingredients - C.

Roll all of your mix into desired portions, then pan fry with a touch of cooking oil.

Suggested serving
Perfect for a BBQ or a dinner party when served with a fresh Asian style salad or geens. A sweet seafood style of dipping sauce compliments this dish very well.

Suggested wine - with this dish either a Gewurztraminer or Sauvignon Blanc will compliment well.
